Senior Data Scientist | Customer Analytics & Personalization

We are hiring Senior Data Scientists to join a high-impact project with a tier 1 consulting firm.

What You'll Be Working On?
Customer segmentation and behavioral analytics
Predictive and propensity modeling
Personalized customer recommendations
Campaign measurement and performance analysis
Customer journey optimization
GenAI-driven innovation initiatives (preferred)

What We're Looking For
5-8 years of Data Science or Machine Learning experience
Solid Python and SQL skills
Experience building and deploying predictive models
Hands-on experience with customer segmentation and analytics
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with personalization, recommendation engines, NBO/NBA models, or GenAI solutions is a plus
