About the Role

n

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can manage both video content and graphic design requirements for our digital and social media platforms.

n

The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, creativity, typography, layouts, and visual storytelling, along with hands-on experience in Canva and video editing tools.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, educational videos, and social media content.
n
- Create engaging social media creatives, posts, banners, thumbnails, presentations, and promotional graphics.
n
- Design and edit content using Canva and other relevant graphic/video editing tools.
n
- Crop, resize, retouch, and optimize images for different platforms and content formats.
n
- Create visually appealing Instagram Reels, YouTube thumbnails, posts, stories, and other digital creatives.




n
- Add text, transitions, animations, music, subtitles, effects, and other elements to videos.
n
- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, fonts, layouts, colours, and visual style.
n
- Work with the marketing/content team to understand creative requirements and deliver designs on time.

Required Skills

n

n
- 1–3 years of experience in Video Editing and Graphic Designing.
n
- Robust hands-on knowledge of Canva.
n
- Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Filmora, or similar software.
n
- Valuable knowledge of image cropping, resizing, background removal, basic retouching, and image optimization.
n
- Understanding of social media formats and creative requirements.
n
- Positive understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
n
- Ability to create engaging and professional visual content.
n
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
n
- Ability to manage multiple creative tasks and meet deadlines.
n

Preferred

n

n
- Experience working with an EdTech, education, digital marketing, or social media company will be preferred.
n
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation will be an added advantage.
n
- Experience creating AI-generated videos, images, or social media content will be a plus.
