About the Role
We’re looking for someone who can build and manage high-value partnerships for founders, understanding what founders need, identifying the right partners, negotiating meaningful benefits and ensuring founders actually use them.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong business development, outreach, negotiation, relationship management and execution .

What You’ll Do
Identify founder needs and build partnerships around those requirements
Source and onboard technology, cloud, professional services and sector-specific partners
Build relationships with decision-makers across enterprises and service providers
Own partner outreach, pitching, negotiation and onboarding
Negotiate meaningful credits, discounts,



services and other founder benefits
Build relevant partnerships across sectors including Deeptech, Defence, Space Tech, Biotech and Climate Tech
Drive founder awareness and adoption of partner offerings
Track partner activation, founder utilization, feedback and value delivered

What We’re Looking For
2–4 years in partnerships, business development, startup programs or relevant client-facing roles
Strong business development, outreach and negotiation skills
Ability to independently identify, pitch and close partnerships
Strong relationship and stakeholder management
Valuable understanding of startup and founder needs across stages and sectors
Strong execution and follow-through
High ownership and ability to work independently
