Mainframe Logical Security Consultant (ACF2/RACF)

Location: Hybrid – Bangalore, Pune & Hyderabad

Duration: 6-12+ months

Must have:

n

Needs hands-on experience with ACF2 & RACF security products. Requires targeted technical improvement in JCL, REXX, and Mainframe Security Infrastructure

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Administer & support CA ACF2 security across IBM Mainframe
n
- Manage user provisioning, access rules, resource controls, and policies
n
- Support RACF environments (preferred)
n
- Perform security assessments, RBAC implementation, least‐privilege modeling
n
- Execute ACF2/RACF upgrades, migrations, and enhancement projects
n
- Conduct compliance audits, access recertification, and security reviews
n
- Investigate & resolve security incidents and violations
n
- Maintain security controls for TSO, CICS, IMS, DB2, Batch, Started Tasks, USS
n




- Optimize security rules and reduce operational risk
n
- Develop documentation, standards, and SOPs
n
- Collaborate with infra, audit, compliance, and application teams
n
- Participate in DR planning and security testing
n

Required Skills (Mandatory)

- 6–8+ years Mainframe Security
n
- CA ACF2 – Must Have
n
- Mainframe logical security administration
n
- Access management, dataset security, privileged access controls
n
- Security policy implementation & audit support
n
- IBM z/OS security architecture
n
- CICS, Batch, System & Started Task security
n
- Solid troubleshooting & multi‐engagement handling
