Department: Creative / Graphic Designer

Role Overview

The Design Lead will be responsible for overseeing visual communication across multiple brands, ensuring high-quality creative output across digital, social media, campaign and on-ground marketing assets. The role requires a strong blend of creative thinking, design execution and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities: Creative Direction and Design Execution

➔ Translate marketing briefs into compelling visual concepts and designs.

➔ Lead the design development for social media campaigns, marketing initiatives and event collaterals.

➔ Ensure visual consistency across brand assets including social media, menus, print materials and in-restaurant communications.

➔ Execute key creatives for campaigns, launches and brand initiatives.

Team Coordination

➔ Guide and support junior designers in executing creative tasks.

➔ Review design outputs to ensure quality, consistency and brand alignment. ➔ Help manage workload distribution within the design team.

Campaign Development

➔ Collaborate with account managers and marketing teams to conceptualize creative campaigns.

➔ Develop visual frameworks and design systems for campaigns and promotions.

Creative Systems and Processes

➔ Contribute to building template libraries and design guidelines.

➔ Ensure proper file management and asset archiving.

Skills & Qualifications

➔ 4–5 years of experience in graphic design or visual communication.

➔ Strong portfolio demonstrating social media, campaign and brand design work.

➔ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,



InDesign).

➔ Experience working with digital first brands and social media content.

➔ Strong understanding of typography, layout and visual storytelling.

➔ Ability to manage multiple projects across brands simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

➔ Experience in hospitality, lifestyle and F&B; brands.

➔ Positive understanding of motion graphics or video editing.

➔ Experience working in agency or multi brand environments
