What you'll do

Plan and run campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and skill-building workshops

n

Build and manage relationships with corporate partners

n

Guide students on resumes, interview prep, and placement readiness

n





Maintain placement records and align efforts with academic programs

n

Keep stakeholders connected for smooth, ever-improving career services

n

What we're looking for

n

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

n

A student-focused, service-oriented mindset

n

Experience in campus placements, career services, HR, or corporate relations (highly preferred)

n

Familiarity with academic environments or career counseling

n

Bachelor's in business, management, education, or related field (postgrad a plus)

n

Strong organizational skills + comfort with office and CRM/placement tools
