Job Summary:

n

We are looking for an experienced Analog Design Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, simulating, and validating high-performance analog circuits for semiconductor products.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Design and develop analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits from specification to silicon.
n
- Work on circuit blocks such as Op-Amps, Bandgaps, LDOs, ADCs/DACs, PLLs, comparators, references, current/voltage sources, and amplifiers.
n
- Perform schematic design, circuit simulation, analysis, and optimization.
n
- Conduct PVT, Monte Carlo, corner, mismatch, and statistical simulations.
n
- Work closely with Layout, Physical Design, Verification, and Silicon Validation teams.
n
- Review layouts and provide guidance for analog layout, matching, shielding, parasitic reduction, and reliability.
n
- Debug silicon issues and support bring-up, characterization, and validation.
n
- Perform design trade-offs involving power, performance, area, noise, linearity, and reliability.
n
- Prepare design specifications, simulation reports,



and technical documentation.
n
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on analog design projects.
n

Required Skills

n

n
- 10+ years of experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design.
n
- Strong fundamentals in analog circuit design and semiconductor devices.
n
- Hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, or equivalent EDA tools.
n
- Solid knowledge of CMOS technology and analog circuit architectures.
n
- Experience with PVT, Monte Carlo, corner, mismatch, noise, and transient simulations.
n
- Experience with analog layout concepts and post-layout simulations.
n
- Understanding of low-power, high-speed, and high-precision analog design techniques.
n
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
n
- Experience working through the complete design-to-silicon cycle is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with FinFET / advanced CMOS nodes.
n
- Experience in automotive, consumer, networking, mobile, or high-performance semiconductor products.
n
- Knowledge of mixed-signal verification and silicon characterization.
n
- Familiarity with AMS simulation and verification methodologies.
n
- Experience leading or mentoring an analog design team.
