What you'll do
Acquire customers across strategic accounts, SMEs, MSMEs, cluster markets, broker networks and marketplaces
Grow existing accounts through repeat business and recent opportunities
Maximise company-owned fleet utilisation by matching loads to capacity and securing return loads
Manage pricing, commercial negotiations and timely collections
Partner with operations to deliver committed service levels and ensure customer satisfaction
What we're looking for
Graduate/ PG with 8 to10+ years in logistics sales, with FTL experience as a must
This role requires hands-on ownership of daily business generation , with a strong focus on maximising company-owned vehicle utilisation across the region.
