- Ensure compliance with provisions of the Companies Act.

- Prepare and file necessary forms and returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).

- Review and draft contracts and legal documents.

- Handle various statutory registrations as per company law requirements.

- Maintain statutory records, registers, and documentation in compliance with ROC norms.

- Finalize accounts in line with Companies Act and applicable accounting standards.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Companies Act, Income tax Act, Accounting policies policies and a other Applicable acts to companies.

Valuable in Written skills, MS-office and mail communication
