About the Role

The company is hiring a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support business expansion in the USA AEC BIM services market.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with technical education + early sales exposure who want to build a career in international engineering services sales and BIM solution consulting

The role focuses primarily on lead generation, client outreach, qualification, and pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients in the USA AEC industry

- Architects
- Engineering consultants
- Contractors
- BIM managers

Generate qualified leads through:

- LinkedIn outreach
- Email campaigns
- Cold calling
- Market research platforms

Support senior sales team in building international pipelines

Schedule discovery meetings with prospective clients

Understand client requirements and map them with BIM service offerings

Maintain and update leads in CRM systems such as:

- HubSpot
- Salesforce
- Zoho CRM

Assist in preparing:

- capability decks
- proposals
- introduction emails





Conduct competitor and market research within the BIM outsourcing space

Support participation in webinars, digital outreach campaigns, and networking initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

✔ 1+ year experience in:

- Sales Development
- Lead Generation
- Inside Sales
- Business Development support roles

✔ Basic understanding of:

- BIM services
- Architecture workflows
- Engineering outsourcing industry (preferred, not mandatory)

✔ Solid communication skills (written + verbal)

✔ Comfortable interacting with international clients

✔ Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting tools and CRM platforms

✔ Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
