Position overview:

Location - Remote.

We are looking for SAP FICO Functional resource with good hands-on experience in designing,

configuration, testing and production support activities.

Roles & Responsibilities and required skills:

- Work with onsite FICO team in managing support and delivery for the SAP FICO stream.

- Coordinate with various other teams to understand the possible cross-functional impacts

and mitigate risks.

- Analyze incident trends, and design solutions to address root causes and improve the

system. Work with the team to develop, test, and implement these solutions.

- Participate in deployment for change requests to production and post deployment support.

- Update system documentation and training documents/user manual for projects

- Solid in business processes & technical skills (SAP FI/CO configuration)

- Act as point of contact to analyze and fix application and system issues, ensuring SAP

services are available and reliable to meet business expectations.

- Manages incidents reported by user and follow-up promptly.

- Working closely with different teams to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely.

- Drive a higher level of customer satisfaction by improving support team quality, knowledge,





and training.

Eligibility:

- 7+ years of experience.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

- Effective Verbal and written communication.

- Flexibility to work in shifts.

- Experience in GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Profit Centre & Cost Centre Accounting,

Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA.

- Strong knowledge of integration between logistics / Sales and Production modules with

FI/CO.

- Exposure to interfaces /data extracts techniques.

- Minimum of 10 years’ experience leading or coordinating small to medium projects in SAP

FICO.

- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in design, development, and implementation of SAP FI CO

modules and have assisted multiple SAP rollouts with at least 3 end to end SAP

implementations.

- Experience and proficiency in configuration of the following FICO modules ECC 6.0& S4

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Positive documentation skills using MS Office applications.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
ability to work well oncross functional

project teams and foster team commitment to tasks.
