Role Overview

The role involves delivering Commerce education across senior classes while managing academic

n

coordination for athlete-students in a high-performance sports environment. It requires structured

n

academic planning, continuous tracking, and alignment with training and competition schedules

n

to ensure academic continuity.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Academic Delivery

n

 Teach Commerce across senior classes (CBSE, State Board, NIOS where applicable)

n

 Deliver curriculum across multiple boards with differentiated planning and assessment

n

approaches

n

 Plan lessons, conduct assessments, and track student academic progress Examination and Academic Administration

n

 Design question papers, conduct evaluations, and process results

n

 Maintain accurate academic records and documentation

n

 Ensure timely reporting of academic performance Athlete Academic Support

n

 Manage academic continuity for athlete-students with agile schedules due to training,

n

camps, and competitions

n

 Provide remedial support and re-teaching as required

n





 Conduct regular academic follow-ups and interventions

n

Academic Coordination

n

 Implement baseline assessments and structured academic tracking mechanisms

n

 Maintain and update academic master data, attendance tracking, and performance records

n

 Generate periodic academic reports and insights for internal stakeholders

n

 Coordinate with coaches, sports managers, and academic team

n

 Ensure alignment between academic schedules and athlete commitments Institutional Responsibilities

n

 Actively participate in institutional events, academic processes, and student engagement

n

n

 Support academic planning cycles, examinations, excursions, and institutional programs

n

Key Requirements

n

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or related field

n

 3-5 years of experience in teaching senior secondary classes (Commerce)

n

 Familiarity with CBSE, State Board, and NIOS systems

n

 Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills

n

 Ability to work in a high-performance sports environment

n

 Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred
