We're Hiring | Associate — Fund Accounting & Compliance | Augmenta Asset Manager LLP

Augmenta Asset Manager LLP is a Category III AIF focused on generating sustainable alpha through rigorous, research-driven investing in Indian public equities. As we scale, we're building out the operational infrastructure that supports our investment process — and we're looking for a solid hire to join this function.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role sits at the intersection of fund accounting, investor servicing, SEBI regulatory compliance, and audit. You will be a core member of the finance and operations team, with direct ownership of the fund's books, NAV process, investor communications, and regulatory filings.

What You'll Do
→ End-to-end fund accounting — books of accounts, reconciliations, expense management
→ NAV computation and validation, Partner Capital Account (PCAP) and waterfall workings
→ Statutory and fund audit — working papers, schedules, auditor coordination
→ PPM review, updates, and audit coordination
→ Investor notices, capital call and distribution communications, KYC/onboarding




→ SEBI quarterly and annual filings, compliance calendar, PPMS portal
→ TDS workings, Form 64C/64D, fund-level tax compliance

What We're Looking For
→ Qualified CA and/or CS (holding both is a strong advantage)
→ 2–3 years of post-qualification experience at an AIF, PMS, or fund administrator
→ Hands-on with fund accounting, NAV, SEBI AIF reporting, audit, or fund-level tax compliance
→ Mumbai-based — this role is fully office-based, no hybrid
