SAP S/4HANA Consultant / Senior Consultant (3-8 Years Experience)

We are looking for experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultants with 3-8 years of SAP consulting experience and proven expertise in Implementation, Global Rollout, AMS Support, Enhancement, and Transformation Projects.

n

Candidates should possess robust functional or technical knowledge in their SAP domain and have hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle.

n

Applicable Skills

n

Functional: FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, EWM, TM, IBP, MDG,

n

Technical: ABAP, Fiori/UI5, BTP, CPI/Integration Suite, Basis, Security/GRC,

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support engagements.
n
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
n
- Configure/develop SAP solutions in respective functional or technical areas.
n
- Support integration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, go-live, and hyper care activities.
n
- Perform issue resolution, root cause analysis, and production support.
n
- Collaborate with business users, project teams, and stakeholders.
n
- Prepare functional/technical specifications,



test scripts, and project documentation.
n
- Support data migration, training, and knowledge transfer activities.
n

n

Required Experience

n

n
- Minimum 3-8 years of SAP consulting experience.
n
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA end-to-end implementations.
n
- Experience in Global Rollouts and AMS/Support Projects.
n
- Experience with Testing, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare support.
n
- Exposure to SAP ASAP, Activate methodology and Agile delivery.
n
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
n

Preferred Qualifications

n

n
- SAP S/4HANA Certification.
n
- Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, Automotive, Pharma, Utilities, or Oil & Gas industry experience.
n
- Exposure to RISE with SAP, BTP, Cloud Transformation, and Intelligent Enterprise solutions.
n

n

Education: Bachelor's/master's degree, Computer Science, Information Technology,
