If you can pick up a cold lead, speak to a founder/decision-maker, understand their problem, pitch the right solution and close the deal yourself — we want you.

We’re looking for someone who can independently drive branding, marketing and advertising projects from first conversation to signed client.

Your role:

- Make outbound calls and create genuine business conversations

- Pitch branding, digital marketing, influencer & creative solutions

- Handle objections, negotiate and close deals

- Follow up until there is a clear YES or NO

- Manage existing client accounts and identify upsell opportunities

- Build relationships with founders, CEOs and marketing heads

- Own your pipeline and revenue targets

- Open to travel PAN India to close business

You should have:

? Proven experience in sales closures





? Strong verbal communication & negotiation skills

? Experience selling marketing/advertising/creative services

? Robust follow-up discipline

? Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers

? Client account management experience

? A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

? A serious hunger for targets and incentives

Not looking for someone who simply makes 100 calls a day.

We want someone who can make 10 conversations and create 2 clients
