Hiring: Head IT – General Manager

Age: 50–55 Years

CTC: Up to ₹80 LPA (Fixed + Variable)

n

Experience: 30+ Years

n

IT Leadership Experience: 15+ Years in a similar organization

n

Qualification: B.Tech / Master's preferred

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA ERP strategy and operations
n
- Drive Digital Transformation, Analytics & AI initiatives
n
- Lead SAP, Azure Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity & IT Governance
n
- Drive Industry 4.0, IT/OT integration and Digital Manufacturing
n
- Manage Data Centre, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
n
- Lead IT budgeting, cost optimization and technology investments
n
- Manage vendors, system integrators and technology partners
n
- Partner with business leadership to align IT strategy with business objectives
n




- Lead and develop IT teams across India
n

n

Required Technical Expertise

n

SAP S/4HANA | BASIS | SD | EWM | MM | PP/QM | PPDS | TMS | Azure | Cloud Infrastructure | Network & Security | IT/OT | Analytics | AI

n

Preferred Industry Background

n

Candidates from Lubricants, Paints, Manufacturing, FMCG or similar process/manufacturing industries with solid enterprise IT leadership experience will be considered.
