20+ years of overall experience with significant experience in Channel Sales, Distribution Sales and Sales Leadership
Minimum 10+ years of experience in leading channel/distribution businesses
Proven experience managing Pan-India distributor, dealer and reseller networks
Solid track record of delivering significant revenue and profitability targets.
Experience in IT Hardware, Printers, POS, AIDC, Scanners, Mobility, Electronics, Electricals,
Office Automation or Technology Products preferred.
Strong understanding of primary/secondary sales, sell-through, channel inventory, distribution
economics and partner profitability
Proven experience in distributor appointment, network expansion and channel development.
Strong exposure to pricing, commercial negotiations, channel schemes, incentives and credit
management
Experience managing large sales teams and regional sales leaders.
