Job Title: Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

Define and improve user experience for AVEVA, SAP, Work Packs, and custom applications through research, prototyping, usability testing, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

UX/UI design and prototyping

- User research and usability testing

- User Acceptance Testing coordination

- Analyze feedback and derive insights

- Maintain UX standards

- Collaborate with vendors, business teams, and technical stakeholders

Skill Requirements

- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

- 8+ years' experience in software programs/portfolios and enterprise solutions environments

- Experience with Figma, Sketch, Miro preferred

UX/UI design expertise

- User research methodologies

- Design thinking and Agile practices

- Communication and presentation skills

- Stakeholder influence and collaboration

- Problem-solving and customer-centric mindset

Must Have Skill

Figma Design, UI/UX Design Systems, Usability testing
