Escalation Management : Proactively resolve issues to prevent escalations, maintaining seamless communication with customers and stakeholders. Quality Focus : Ensure all transactions meet quality standards, with zero defects and adherence to policies. Invoicing and Billing : Ensure accurate and timely billing for orders, with strict attention to detail in the invoicing process. Stakeholder Communication : Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely resolution of issues. Process Compliance : Adhere to all internal processes, quality guidelines, and SLAs, ensuring no compliance gaps. System Utilization : Work with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) along with MS Office applications to manage order and process documentation.
