Role Description We’re looking for a Concept Designer – Retail Experience (3–5 years exp.) with a strong conceptual design mindset and the ability to translate a brand’s personality, positioning and customer needs into compelling physical retail experiences. This role is for someone who can think beyond layouts and aesthetics - developing the central design idea, customer journey, material language, visual identity and spatial experience that make a store distinctive. You’ll work closely with our Founder and design team on new Retail Design Identities, flagship stores and concepts for leading national and international brands. What You’ll Do Lead concept design and creative development for retail projects Translate brand strategy and positioning into spatial concepts and customer experiences Develop strong design narratives, mood boards, material palettes and visual directions Create innovative storefronts, interiors, fixtures, feature elements and brand experiences Develop layouts with a strong understanding of customer journey,
