Accounts & Finance Executive Organisation: Painacea / Amedinet International Pvt. Ltd. Location: Chembur, Mumbai Employment: Full time Working Days: Monday to Saturday Reporting To: Founder / CEO About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts & Finance Executive to manage the day-to-day finance and accounting operations of Painacea and Amedinet International Pvt. Ltd. The role will be responsible for accounting, billing, collections, payments, reconciliations, statutory coordination and financial documentation, with a strong focus on accuracy, timely closure and proper record-keeping. Key Responsibilities - Maintain day-to-day books of accounts using Tally/accounting software. - Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses and journal entries. - Handle bank, cash, vendor and customer reconciliations. - Prepare and verify invoices for clinic/hospital services, medical supplies and other business activities. - Track receivables, outstanding invoices and collections, including regular follow-ups. - Manage vendor payments, staff reimbursements, patient refunds and approved professional/referral payments. - Verify invoices, approvals, bank details and supporting documents before processing payments. - Maintain cash and banking records and promptly flag discrepancies. - Coordinate with the external CA for GST, TDS, income-tax/company-related documentation and reconciliations. - Maintain statutory/compliance records and track deadlines. - Verify purchase bills, GST, quantities, rates and payment terms. - Maintain financial records related to medicines, consumables and medical-device/distribution inventory.
- Prepare payroll inputs, incentives, reimbursements and PRO/referral payment calculations. - Maintain weekly/monthly finance trackers and MIS reports. - Keep physical and digital financial records organised and audit-ready. - Follow finance SOPs, checklists and approval processes. - Ensure every pending financial matter has a clear status, next action and due date. - Proactively follow up on pending items rather than waiting for repeated reminders. Requirements - B.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting/finance qualification. - 2–5 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in an SME, healthcare, hospital, medical-device/distribution or similar environment. - Strong working knowledge of Tally and Excel/Google Sheets. - Good understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, AP, AR and bank reconciliation. - Experience coordinating with CAs, banks, vendors and customers preferred. - Good written communication and documentation skills. - Strong attention to detail, ownership and follow-through. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving organisation and across multiple business entities.
