About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Design Manager with a strong architectural background and relevant experience in handling large-scale projects, AutoCAD drafting, project documentation, drawing development, and coordination .

The ideal candidate should have substantial experience working on architectural projects and should be capable of managing project deliverables, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and guiding the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage architectural project deliverables from development through documentation.
- Review and coordinate AutoCAD drawings and project documentation for accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout the project.
- Manage project timelines, drawing deliverables, and submissions.




- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Review and resolve drawing and coordination issues.
- Ensure project standards and documentation requirements are maintained.
- Mentor and coordinate with junior team members.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture – Mandatory.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in architectural projects.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD .
- Experience in architectural drafting, detailing, and project documentation .
- Experience working on large-scale projects with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings and project coordination.
- Experience managing project deliverables and team coordination.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
