Position : Management Trainee - Corporate Governance

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Corporate Governance team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to learn and build a career in corporate governance, and compliance. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the implementation and maintenance of corporate governance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for audit and compliance-related activities.
- Support the execution and tracking of Internal Financial Controls (IFC) and internal audit assignments.
- Assist in conducting compliance reviews and audits across various business functions.
- Help prepare reports,



presentations, and documentation related to governance, compliance, and audit activities.
- Follow up on audit observations and support timely closure of action items.
- Build effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders across the organization.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.
