Candidate Requirements:
✅ 6–10 years of relevant experience in NPD / Supplier Development / Sourcing / Purchase / Manufacturing
✅ Strong experience in Fasteners / Precision Machined Components / Automotive or Industrial Components.
✅ Good knowledge of DIN, ISO, EN, ASTM, JIS and customer-specific standards
✅ Strong drawing reading and manufacturing feasibility knowledge
✅ Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA & SPC
✅ Robust costing, negotiation and supplier development skills
✅ Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems
