Job Summary

The Injection Moulding Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring injection moulding machines to manufacture high-quality plastic components as per production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate injection moulding machines according to production schedules.
- Mold Change, Mold Modification
- Robet Operation
- Load raw materials into the hopper and ensure uninterrupted machine operation.
- Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time.
- Inspect moulded parts for defects including flash, short moulding, sink marks, and cracks.
- Trim excess material and perform basic finishing of moulded parts.
- Pack finished products as per company standards.
- Record production output,



rejection, and downtime in production logs.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Report machine breakdowns, quality issues, and safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow 5S, GMP (if applicable), and all company safety procedures.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished goods.

Required Qualifications

- ITI/Diploma in Plastic Processing, Mechanical, or related field (Preferred).

Minimum 10th/12th Pass can also be considered with relevant experience

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Neemrana, Rajasthan 301705: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
