- Conduct targeted B2B market outreach and skilled communication to introduce our corporate services.
- Research industry trends and compile data to identify potential corporate clients and strategic business opportunities.
- Manage existing client communication channels using email campaigns and scheduled follow-ups to maximize client retention.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on social media initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and market engagement.
- Evaluate and identify alternative market channels and platforms for organizational growth.
- Maintain and update the internal company database and contact records with high accuracy.
- Promptly address incoming client inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
