Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month

About the Role

ZANA Dehradun, a pre-opening luxury hospitality property under Espire Hospitality Group, is looking for a responsible and proactive Fire Officer to ensure the highest standards of fire safety, emergency preparedness, and statutory compliance across the property.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain all fire & life safety systems and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of fire extinguishers, hydrants, fire alarms, sprinkler systems, emergency exits, and other safety equipment.
- Ensure compliance with applicable fire safety regulations, NBC guidelines, and local fire department requirements.
- Conduct regular fire drills, emergency response exercises, and safety training for hotel employees.
- Develop and maintain emergency evacuation and fire response procedures.
- Identify potential fire hazards and take preventive/corrective action.
- Maintain records of fire safety inspections, drills, equipment maintenance, and incidents.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Security, and Operations teams for fire safety requirements.




- Assist during statutory inspections and coordinate with relevant government/fire authorities.
- Ensure fire safety arrangements are fully operational during the pre-opening and opening phases.
- Investigate fire-related incidents and prepare detailed reports.
- Conduct regular awareness sessions and toolbox talks for employees.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma/Degree or relevant certification in Fire & Safety / Fire Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the hotel/hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of fire prevention, emergency response, evacuation procedures, and safety equipment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Experience in a pre-opening hotel/resort will be an added advantage.
