Key Responsibilities:

* Counsel prospective students about online UG & PG programs.

* Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

* Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable programs.

* Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.

* Build and maintain robust relationships with students and parents.

* Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

* Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.

* Coordinate with the admissions team for seamless enrollment.

Requirements:

* Minimum 1+ year of experience in Business Development, Education Counseling, Inside Sales, or EdTech.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

* Target-oriented with a positive and self-motivated attitude.

* Graduate in any discipline.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
