Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify insurance/TPA details of IPD patients.
- Collect required medical documents from the treating department.
- Prepare and submit pre-authorization requests to insurance companies/TPAs.
- Follow up with TPAs/insurance companies for approval status.
- Coordinate with doctors for medical notes, diagnosis, treatment plans and other required information.
- Ensure accurate submission of patient and treatment details.
- Track approved, pending, queried and rejected authorization cases.
- Respond to queries raised by insurance companies/TPAs within the required timeline.
- Coordinate with the billing, medical records, nursing and IPD departments.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
