Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Insurance Executive to handle healthcare insurance operations, claims, pre-authorizations, and coordination with insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage.
- Handle pre-authorization and approval processes.
- Process, submit, and track insurance claims.
- Follow up on pending claims and reimbursements.
- Handle claim rejections and resolve insurance issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Coordinate with patients, hospitals, and insurance providers.
- Prepare claim status reports.
- Ensure compliance with insurance and company procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0–1 year experience; freshers with relevant knowledge may apply.
- Knowledge of medical insurance/claim processes preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
