Job Description
Development and maintenance activities of EMS products
Customer Interfacing & Field Issue Support
Product Quality Improvement and Automation
Mandatory Skills Required
Programming Languages: Core Java, Springboot and/or js, JQuery, css3, html5
Database Concepts: MySQL, MariaDB, Galera Cluster, Hibernate, Performance Tuning.
Protocols: RESTful, NETCONF, VES, SNMP, FTP, SSH, HTTP/HTTPS, TL1, RMI, TR69.
Linux: Prior experience working in a Linux setting with shell scripting.
Technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Virtualization (OpenStack), AWS.
EMS/NMS Domain Knowledge: Preferable experience in related products.
Troubleshooting: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively.
Good to have
Knowledge of IP, Ports, Packets, Tcpdump, Wireshark, HA.
Product deployment support experience
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
