About the Role

SKYNT, a growing skincare brand, is looking for a creative, organized and proactive Marketing & E-commerce Coordinator Intern to support the execution of our social media, influencer collaborations, brand campaigns and e-commerce initiatives.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world startup marketing experience, work closely with the Founder and marketing partners, and see your work directly contribute to building and growing a consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & E-commerce Coordination

- Support and execute marketing brand campaigns and customer-experience initiatives, including influencer collaborations, product launches and growth initiatives.
- Create and manage marketing documentation per the Founder’s direction, including scripts, positioning, influencer collaboration trackers, forms, MoAs and other required marketing documents.
- Manage social media DMs from customers and influencers, including basic questions, product details, links and story sharing.
- Create, manage and post posts, carousels, reels, collaborations, stories and other social media content on time.
- Create and maintain social media trackers and posting calendars.
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies for assigned tasks, social media presence and brand positioning as defined by the SKYNT team.

2. Marketing – Back-End Shopify Coordination

- Support the Shopify order-processing workflow, including manifest, processing,



delivery labels, adding orders to pick and related activities.
- Coordinate to ensure order information, invoices and shipping labels are provided to the Shipping & Customer Service team for on-time delivery to campaign influencers and customers.
- Send notification emails and DMs to campaign influencers and customers when orders are processed.
- Perform additional responsibilities aligned with the company’s business objectives and assist the Founder’s Office with strategic and marketing tasks.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- On-time social media posting and coordination with the Shipping team for on-time delivery.
- On-time completion of committed deliverables to marketing agencies, influencers and customers.
- Maintain 90%+ accuracy in scripting, brand-positioning messages, documentation, tracking, emails, DMs, forms, and MoA creation, review and implementation.
- Maintain a positive coordination experience with influencers, consumers and partners.

What You'll Gain

You'll work closely with the founding team-operations, marketing, customer service, vendors, take ownership of real initiatives and build measurable experience for your portfolio.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
