Profile: BPO Trainer

Location: Ambegaon BK, Pune

Experience: 1 - 3 years (BPO Training preferred)

Responsibilities:-

- Train new hires on process knowledge, communication skills, and product basics.
- Deliver classroom and on-floor training as required.
- Prepare training materials, assessments, and SOPs.
- Track trainee performance and provide transparent, constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Quality teams.
- Maintain training reports, attendance, and performance data.
- Conduct refresher sessions and support employees during OJT.
- Identify training gaps and suggest improvement plans.

Skills:-

- Required Robust communication and presentation skills.
- Positive understanding of BPO processes (Inbound/Outbound/Customer Service).
- Ability to handle trainee groups confidently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PPT).
- Good observation and feedback skills.

Qualification:-

- Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer (BPO preferred)
- Salary: Up to 30K (Depends On Interview)
