Role & responsibilities

Install and Configure OS, AD implementation of policies, Configuration & deployment of data

backup software, Virtualization (VMware/ Nutanix/ Linux), Firewall security, XDR/ EDR, DLP,

etc.

Handson Expertise on implementation, optimization & Migration- on Cloud Solutions MS

office O635, GCP, Azure etc.

Handon expertise on HCI Infra Hardware/ Software.

Setting up User, e-Mail Accounts and Profiles

Install/Configure/Upgrade the Enterprise Product – Server, Storage etc.

Installing Updates, known as Patches, to Software Applications, Firmware etc.

Troubleshoot and Fix Network’s, Hardware and/or Software Issues & upgradations

Quarterly carry out Preventive Maintenance

Manage Backup- Server, Storage, AD & End User

Maintain Inventories of IT enterprise Assets

Maintain Documentation of Issues along with Solutions, for Future Reference

Follow Process and Policies of Client

Should Have the knowledge of ITIL/ISO Processes.

Valuable Written & Communication Skill.

Experience of Team Leding/ management etc.

Should follow the reporting mechanism daily weekly & monthly.

Strong experience in incident & problem management
