Role & responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day sales support to insurance advisors, agents, and sales managers.
- Assist in preparing and processing life insurance proposals and applications.
- Verify customer documents and ensure all required KYC and policy documents are complete.
- Coordinate with underwriting, operations, medical, and policy issuance teams.
- Track proposal status from submission through underwriting and policy issuance.
- Follow up on pending documents, medical requirements, payments, and policy-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of proposals, policies, customer information, and sales data.

- Handle customer and advisor queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and MIS reports.
- Monitor pending cases and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely closure.
- Support policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and other servicing requirements.
