- Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to completion for web and mobile applications.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and user needs.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design ideas.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly and meet design standards.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Skill Requirement:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.

- Experience leading a team of designers and developers.





- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/MCA
