Experience

4–7 Years of relevant experience in Onion Dehydration, Food Processing, Warehouse, Packing, Dispatch or FMCG/Food Industry. Experience in finished-product packing, warehouse management and container loading is preferred.

Job Purpose

To manage and supervise complete finished-product warehouse operations, starting from packing and storage through to container loading and dispatch, ensuring accurate, safe and timely handling of dehydrated onion products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finished-product warehouse operations.

- Supervise packing activities of dehydrated onion products.

- Ensure proper packing, weighing, sealing, labeling and identification of finished products.

- Ensure packed products meet defined quality and packing standards.

- Coordinate movement of finished products from Production to Warehouse.

- Ensure proper storage and segregation of finished products.

- Maintain proper warehouse organization and stock discipline.

- Monitor finished-goods inventory and stock movement.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Logistics and Dispatch teams.

- Plan and supervise container loading as per dispatch requirements.

- Ensure correct product, quantity, batch and packing material are loaded into the container.

- Verify packing, labeling, batch details and dispatch documentation before loading.

- Ensure proper container inspection and cleanliness before loading.





- Ensure safe and systematic loading of material.

- Allocate work to packing and warehouse workers and monitor their performance.

- Maintain manpower productivity and discipline.

- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.

- Maintain records related to packing, finished goods, stock movement and container loading.

- Coordinate with Quality team for product release and dispatch clearance.

- Ensure proper housekeeping, hygiene and safety in warehouse and packing areas.

- Identify and resolve operational issues related to packing, storage and loading.

- Ensure timely completion of container loading and dispatch activities.

- Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, hygiene, SOP and safety requirements.

- Conduct proper shift handover and communicate pending activities.

- Support continuous improvement in packing efficiency, manpower utilization and warehouse operations.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Production, Mechanical, Food Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant discipline.

- 4–7 years of relevant experience in Onion Dehydration / Food Processing / Warehouse / Packing / Dispatch.

- Strong experience in finished-product handling and warehouse operations.

- Experience in container loading and export dispatch will be an advantage.

- Knowledge of packing, weighing, labeling, batch control and inventory handling.

- Strong manpower handling and supervisory skills.

- Positive planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of GMP, food safety, hygiene and warehouse safety.

- Good communication and documentation skills.

- Willingness to work in shifts.
