Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Sr. Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence, digital marketing initiatives, brand communications, PR activities, and email marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in social media management, content creation, copywriting, graphic design, paid advertising, bulk email marketing, analytics, and corporate communications. The candidate should be able to independently plan and execute campaigns while maintaining a consistent and professional brand identity across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
- Create social media posts, blogs, articles, announcements, and marketing content.
- Write engaging and brand-aligned copy for digital campaigns.
- Plan and manage Meta and LinkedIn paid advertising campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, optimization, and performance reporting.
- Execute bulk email campaigns, including database management, segmentation, scheduling, and analytics.
- Develop newsletters, promotional emails,



and customer/partner communications.
- Draft press releases and coordinate with journalists, media outlets, PR agencies, and external partners.
- Design digital marketing creatives using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Monitor digital campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze key metrics and implement improvements to increase reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity and communication across all channels.
- Support corporate communication and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, communications, PR, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, bulk mailing, Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads Manager, social media analytics.
- Hands-on experience with bulk email marketing and email campaign management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of employer branding strategies is a plus.
