Job Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career options.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand students requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain course structure, fees, batches, schedules, and admission process.
- Maintain student inquiry and admission records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with faculty and the academic team for student-related queries.
- Maintain valuable relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and counseling abilities.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM.
- Fluency in English and Gujarati; Hindi will be an advantage.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
