Job Description: Communications Specialist:-

• Social Media Management (Admin)

- Manage the company's social media handles in an admin capacity across LinkedIn,

YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

- Publish organic posts in line with the content calendar.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions.

• Internal Communications

- Manage internal channels to keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with

company goals.

- Develop internal newsletters, announcements, and updates that reflect the company's

values and objectives.

• Content Strategy & Management

- Own the channel-wise content strategy and editorial calendar across digital and

traditional media LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, email, web,

and print.

- Set and maintain cadence approximately 3 posts/week, weekly reels, and a monthly

newsletter.

- Align content strategy to marketing objectives and business goals; ensure timely

delivery of all content assets.

- Track content performance and iterate to improve reach, engagement, and contribution

to pipeline.

• Region & Sector Curation

- Maharashtra (auto, heavy engineering); Gujarat (packaging,



medical, construction).
- Chennai (auto supplies); Bangalore / Hyderabad (precision, aerospace).
- NCR, Punjab, Rajasthan, Haryana (consumer durables, FMCG).
- West Bengal, Orissa (construction, PVC pipes, HDPE).

• Assets & Coordination

- Scripts for videos, reels, podcasts, and advertorial copy.
- Buyer's guide inserts and print media long-form.
- Testimonial sourcing with Sales & Service teams.
- SEO keyword integration into content (with Digital Agency).

• Agency Management

- Work with agencies to execute deliverables per the marketing plan, collaborating with

Sales, Service, Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional

departments.

- Prepare and present monthly reports.

• Brand Management

- Ensure all content consistently reflects the company's brand identity and voice.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a cohesive brand presence across all

channels.

- Lead content for new-brand launches or rebranding efforts.
