Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced skilled to lead Learning & Development, Technical Training, Capability Building and Competency Development initiatives across Solar, Wind, BESS and Renewable Energy Operations & Maintenance sector. The candidate will be responsible for designing competency frameworks, managing technical training programs, onboarding initiatives, skill development centres, audits, compliance, and capability enhancement programs.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Capability Development

- Conduct organization-wide Training Need Analysis (TNA).
- Design and implement competency frameworks for technical and leadership roles.
- Develop learning roadmaps and certification programs.
- Create technical training modules for Operations & Maintenance professionals in Solar, Wind, BESS industry.
- Drive employee capability enhancement initiatives.

Learning Management System

- Manage technical induction programs for GETs, DETs and experienced hires.
- Develop On-the-Job Training (OJT) frameworks.
- Track training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
- Coordinate with SMEs and business leaders for training delivery.





Skill Development Centre Management

- Manage Skill Development Centres and workforce certification initiatives.
- Develop safety, technical and compliance training programs.
- Ensure workforce readiness and deployment effectiveness.

Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with O&M;, HR and Leadership teams.
- Manage external training partners and training vendors.
- Drive cross-functional capability-building projects.

Audit & Compliance

- Support ESG, IMS and ISO audits.
- Maintain training compliance records.
- Ensure adherence to safety and statutory requirements.
- Manage vendor payments and training budget.
- Monitor training KPIs and governance reports.

Experience
