Key Responsibilities:
• Drive LAP business across the assigned cluster through Direct & DSA channels
• Manage and develop the sales team to achieve business and disbursement targets
• Build and strengthen relationships with DSA partners and generate quality business
• Drive customer acquisition through the Direct channel
• Monitor sourcing, login, sanction and disbursement pipeline
• Ensure portfolio quality and adherence to company credit and process guidelines
• Identify current market opportunities and expand the customer/DSA network
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations and other internal teams for smooth case processing
• Track team performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets
