Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure effective use of resources and meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control procedures, and environmental standards.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in manufacturing or related field.
- Strong understanding of production operations, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and controlling.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
