Position: IT Executive

Job Purpose

To provide day-to-day IT support and ensure smooth functioning of the company’s IT systems, network, hardware, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, desktop, laptop, printer, and system issues.

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and IT applications.

Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.

Assist with Active Directory, File Server, Windows Server, backup, and user access management.

Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and network performance.

Maintain IT assets,



software licenses, and related documentation.

Support CCTV, Firewall/UTM, and other IT systems.

Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment, maintenance, and technical support.

Required Skills

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Active Directory, Networking, Firewall/UTM, VPN, and CCTV.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related field.
