Job Title: Communication Specialist

Position Type: Ciel HR Payroll

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in a communications role focused on technical writing, content management, and marketing support.

Education: Degree in Communications, Journalism, or English

Key Responsibilities:

1. Copywriting for Products and Services

- Develop compelling, accurate copy for products and services across the portfolio.
- Adapt content for websites, social media, print, and out-of-home advertisements.
- Produce the full content mix posts, videos, case studies, testimonials, whitepapers, leadership interviews, in-house magazines, newsletters, print ads, digital ads, print advertorials, and buyer guide copy, festive creatives, and product-marketing content.
- Create promotional and educational materials for campaigns targeting external and internal audiences.

2. Technical Write-Ups

- Produce clear, detailed technical documents product specifications, case studies, blogs, and whitepapers.
- Prepare a robust, comprehensive context document for brand and products to anchor all content.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to ensure precision and clarity in all technical communications.
- Translate machine-related narratives such as performance, TCO, energy, and sustainability into buyer-relevant proof.

3. Thought-Leadership & Content Engine

- Build the always-on content engine editorial calendar, content pillars, and a steady

publishing cadence.

- Develop thought-leadership assets (points of view, technical authority content, flagship

publications) that build brand authority between events.





- Support executive visibility with ghostwritten bylines, posts, and speaking content.

4. Promotional Campaigns

- Lead content creation for promotional campaigns product launches, educational initiatives, and customer engagement.
- Develop festive and capex-cycle campaign themes (Diwali, year-end, pre-budget).
- Ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with the broader marketing strategy and campaign playbook.
- Use research and data insights to drive impactful, targeted campaigns.

5. Digital, SEO / GEO / AEO & Discovery

- Apply SEO, GEO (generative-engine) and AEO (answer-engine) best practices so content is found in search and AI answers.
- Write conversion-focused copy for landing pages, lead magnets and performance- marketing assets, with the digital agency.
- Optimize content for measurable engagement, organic traffic and brand visibility.

6. Social Media Management (Admin)

- Manage the company& social media handles in an admin capacity across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Publish organic posts in line with the content calendar.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions.

7. Internal Communications

- Manage internal channels to keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals.
- Develop internal newsletters, announcements, and updates that reflect the company& values and objectives.

8. Content Strategy & Management

- Own the channel-wise content strategy and editorial calendar across digital and traditional media LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, email, web, and print.
- Set and maintain cadence approximately 3 posts/week, weekly reels, and a monthly newsletter.




- Align content strategy to marketing objectives and business goals; ensure timely delivery of all content assets.
- Track content performance and iterate to improve reach, engagement, and contribution to pipeline.

9. Region & Sector Curation

- Maharashtra (auto, heavy engineering); Gujarat (packaging, medical, construction).
- Chennai (auto supplies); Bangalore / Hyderabad (precision, aerospace).
- NCR, Punjab, Rajasthan, Haryana (consumer durables, FMCG).
- West Bengal, Orissa (construction, PVC pipes, HDPE).

10. Assets & Coordination

- Scripts for videos, reels, podcasts, and advertorial copy.
- Buyer's guide inserts and print media long-form.
- Testimonial sourcing with Sales & Service teams.
- SEO keyword integration into content (with Digital Agency).

11. Agency Management

- Work with agencies to execute deliverables per the marketing plan, collaborating with Sales, Service, Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional departments.
- Prepare and present monthly reports.

12. Brand Management

- Ensure all content consistently reflects the company's brand identity and voice.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a cohesive brand presence across all

channels.

- Lead content for new-brand launches or rebranding efforts.

Others Skill :

• Bachelor°ree in Communications, Journalism, or English.

• Minimum 5 years & experience in a communications role focused on technical writing, content management, and marketing support.

• Proven experience writing and editing for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO / GEO / AEO and social media management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and project-management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
