Responsibilities:

Core Expertise

- Budgeting, forecasting performance of five years, and financial analysis.
- Preparation of Deck for Board presentations and Investor queries
- Expert knowledge of IndAS,IGAAP,IFRS.
- Compliance requirement at IFSC and SEZ Units

Additional responsibilities would include

- Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements on Standalone and Consolidation basis.
- Support in auditing processes by gathering data, preparing audit schedules, and liaising with auditors.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and financial regulations.

Qualifications:

- CA/Semi-qualified
- Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
