Steward / WaiterWe are looking for a professional, courteous, and guest-focused Steward / Waiter to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing efficient table service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for guests.
Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist guests in a polite and skilled manner.
Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations when required.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and beverages efficiently according to service standards.
Set up, explicit, and maintain tables throughout service.
Ensure cutlery, crockery, glassware, and service equipment are clean and ready.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas.
Monitor guest requirements and respond promptly to requests.




Handle guest concerns professionally and inform the supervisor when required.
Maintain positive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
Assist with billing and payment procedures when required.
Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and service team.
Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Support upselling and promotional activities where appropriate.
Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Captain.
