Job Title: Crew Member – QSR Outlet

Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, kitchen, and workstations.
Restock ingredients, packaging, and other supplies as needed.
Follow food safety, quality, and hygiene guidelines.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth outlet operations.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns courteously.
Support opening and closing activities of the outlet.

Requirements:

· Minimum qualification: SSLC/PUC

· Positive communication and customer service skills.

· Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

· Prior experience in a QSR or hospitality industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
