Sales Executive / Design Consultant – Home Furnishing Store

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive / Design Consultant to manage walk-in customers at our Home Furnishing store. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, understand customer requirements, provide design suggestions, generate leads, and convert enquiries into successful sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Attend and engage with walk-in customers professionally
Understand customer requirements for home furnishing solutions (curtains, blinds, wallpapers, upholstery, interiors, etc.)
Provide product recommendations and design suggestions based on customer needs
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
Generate leads through customer interactions and referrals
Maintain customer database and track enquiries
Achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with design, installation, and operations teams
Build solid customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Handle client visits, product demonstrations, and closing discussions
Follow up on pending leads through calls/WhatsApp
Maintain showroom presentation and product displays
