We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents regarding our courses and help them make informed decisions about their education and career.

Key Responsibilities:
Connect with students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand students’ educational needs, interests, and career goals.
Explain courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and admission processes clearly.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
Handle student queries and provide appropriate information and guidance.
Convert genuine leads into successful admissions by building trust and robust relationships.
Maintain lead records and update follow-up status regularly.
Achieve individual and team admission targets.




Coordinate with the admission and academic teams for smooth enrollment.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and positive personality.
Good convincing and counselling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools.
Ability to handle calls and follow-ups professionally.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with experience in education counselling, telesales, inside sales, or admissions will be preferred.
